Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (customer bears return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect).

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds are made via bank transfer or the same payment method used for the purchase.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
