If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We deliver all products through reliable courier partners, and the courier service may vary based on location and delivery conditions.
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery is not available at the moment.
Free delivery is offered on all orders — no hidden charges apply. Please do not pay any additional amount to the courier beyond the item’s listed price.

Other Cities: 7–8 working days

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed the following Monday.

All items in a single order are shipped together. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it may be shipped separately.
You will receive an order invoice along with your delivery. If the invoice is missing, please contact us at 0316-7231951.
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from MT Smart Store.
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipment notification containing your tracking ID.

We offer 100% secure online payment through bank credit/debit cards.
Alternatively, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay the courier in cash upon receiving your order.
If your amount is deducted but you haven’t received any order confirmation, your transaction might not have been captured.
In such cases, your bank will automatically refund the amount within 3–5 business days. For assistance, please contact your bank’s customer service.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Typically, orders are shipped within 4 hours of confirmation. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, cancellation will be processed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
For prepaid (online paid) orders, your refund will be issued within 10–15 working days after successful cancellation.
